A Business Proposal to Protect Choice in Electronics

I am thinking that we should have a chain of stores where Californians can buy their big screens free from governmental regulation. We would open stores in Nevada and Arizona so Californians can buy their big screens without the nanny state regulations of the California Energy Commission.

Since California is starving for sales tax revenue, its so stupid that the California Energy Commission is proposing this suggestion. However if we use more electricity, we pay more and that is understandable. Didn’t the California Energy Commission heard of the term market forces?

I know the California Energy Commission is saying if people can not have energy gobbling devices, we do not have to spend millions on new power plants, but would high energy bills provide the same message and give people freedom of choice in how we live our lives?

If there is any entrepreneurs looking for a business opportunity, feel free to take advantage of this opportunity!
