Don’t waste your Coke Points

I joined the frequent drinkers club at Coca-Cola and I used some of my points for a Sub Card at Subway and I have had the most horrible time trying to get the card accepted. My word of advice is ask if you can double check the value of the card before it can be accepted. I had to pay in other methods to get the sandwiches I ordered which was not fun. If I had to pay full price for a sandwich I would rather visit my friend’s deli instead.

I am getting a response from Subway on this issue, my card does have 5.00 in value which I would like to use, but the subway franchises either have their machines not working or just simply refuse to accept my card. I know I got my card from a promotion, which does not qualify for a refund due to California law after reading up on the issue. However for customer satisfaction, they should at least research the issue and at least refund me with either cash back, or a subway combo meal in exchange for me surrendering the card.

  1. I got the $5 subway card with my Coke points too, and I had no problem using it at the Subway on Limonite near Van Buren. (This is in Riverside near the Santa Ana River.) The girl who redeemed it did have to do some cash register magic to accept. I think you got a lazy employee.
