Communicating With Your Local Government

One thing I noticed when visiting the website of my city is that there is no email address to communicate with the city council or the city manager. Not all of us could go to public comment at our city council meetings. Not all of us know a city council member or a mayor to communicate with at the coffee house or via email. We should have an ability to have residents of Ontario to send email to a general email box that would be viewed by the city manager, the manager’s assistant and the city council where concerns by citizens can be taken care of.

This is one of my ideas in reinventing local government. If we could send email or a form mail to Senator Boxer all the way down to Assemblywoman Torres, we can send one to our council members.
