The Job Market

Unlike a few years ago it was a job seeker’s market, now the table has turned. A declining economy leading to people fleeing their economically depressed employers is making finding work a full time vocation.

Many job seekers are annoyed at the advertisements on Craig’s List, it seems that there is more garbage advertisements than actual genuine advertisements in the Inland Empire section.

People should be able to have reputation points or pay a nominal fee to post employment advertisements. We should not have to endure loads of multi level marketing advertisements trying to scam people to selling overpriced knives or vacuum cleaners.

The Craig’s List community should be able to post positive and negative relevant comments about the employer so we would not have to waste their time or them wasting our time.

Craig’s List used to be a quality resource for employment advertisements. Now its my second or third resource for finding employment.
